Sound Healing

What makes it work? Various frequencies have been documented by scientists and sound healers and rarely agree with one another. I believe that each individual has unique vibrations of energy. Therefore, I use the formula: Frequency + Intention = Healing (from Jonathan Goldman).
Add to that the Harmonics - natural progressions of manifestation. Of course these concepts are beyond words, so allow the sounds to speak for themselves.

To use this session, find a quiet place, free of distraction. Make sure you are comfortable, in a chair or lying down.


After starting the session, close your eyes and try to relax (your eyes should be closed). During the session you should remain as calm and relaxed as possible. Fidgeting constantly could act to bring you out of the target brainwave pattern.

Headphones are often recommended and yet some experts recommend speakers so that all the cells in you body experience the vibrations.

It is important that you adjust the volume until you are 100% comfortable with the session before starting.

You may want to drink a glass of water before each session. Entrainment increases blood flow and metabolism, which can make you thirsty mid-session.

Just relax, empty your mind, and feel the music. Enjoy the experience that you create.
